Cancellation Policy 

Cancelled or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will incur a fee of 50% of each service missed before re-booking another appointment.

We cannot promise a re-booking before any given holiday, event or specific day of choice. You will be added to a cancellation list and we will try to get you in as soon as possible.

We appreciate you as our beloved clientele, and ask for your patience and kindness when cancellations occur

We care about your health, and our own! Please help us all stay healthy by taking the proper precautions when not feeling well!

Client Expectation:

  • If YOU or someone in your home does not feel well, PLEASE STAY HOME. We can reschedule for a better day!

  • Come alone unless both/all have scheduled appointments.

Salon expectations:

  • Stations are wiped down frequently through out the day between each client.

  • Proper sanitation of tools and equipment made daily.

  • Continuous cleaning throughout salon on a regular basis to keep our space as clean and comfortable at all times.
